EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The name of our business is BJBR BUNS . The main objective of our business is to change the
common taste of bread roll into a new one and a fresh buko. This products have a goal to give
the students a nutritious and affordable snacks on their breaktime. We wanted to give them a
snack that has benefits for their body and is good for their health. This business aims to bring out
the popularity of bread roll and Buko juice. Bread roll is famous to some millennials nowadays
so we want them to know that there is bread roll that is better than the common one.
Our target market are the junior high and senior high students of AVNHS. They are the majority
to purchase our products. Our business is a sole proprietorship. The total amount of financing
required is P1500 and it will come from our savings. The one who will manage the business is
the ower.

Our business, BJBR BUNS, specializes in selling roll bread and Buko juice to students at

We chose this business because it is relatively easy to produce roll bread and Buko juice. These

business does not require a large initial investment, making it feasible for us as students. We
selected AVNHS as our primary market because we have easy access and a good understanding
of the needs and preferences of our fellow students.

It is affordable and cheap. Our product is only limited for a day. We can
only produce 50-60 pieces a day.

PROCEDURE

BREAD ROLL
1. Cut the hotdog into 4 pieces
2. Take the bread remove the color brown around then put the hotdog on the top of the bread.
3. Roll it with your hand if you are done rolling the bread.
4. Soak the bread roll in the egg if you finish soaking the bread roll.
5. Take breadcrumbs and roll the bread again and again.
6. After that you can deep fry the bread roll.

BUKO JUICE
1. Break the coconut and put coconut juice into a Tupperware
2. Mix it with condensed milk

LAUNCHING THE BUSINESS
 Marketing Campaign: Promote our roll bread and Buko juice on social media and within
the school. Hand out flyers and posters.
 To introduce our product, we will invite potential customers near our place and offer free
samples to the first 10 customers. This will help spread the word about Roll Bread in our
school. Additionally, we will give a free Buko juice for the first 10 customer

PROTOTYPE COMPLETION
Timeline: Finish the prototype by the end of the first two days of November.
