Subject: Apo Logic: An Apology to the Reader for Incomplete Report
Dear Boss,
Greetings here in this message I am writing to you I hope you will accept it know I am
responding to you, and I am fine. This letter is to express my regrets with the facts which
relate to the lack of submission of the report in the middle of the “Go Points” meeting.
First, I must admit my team’s mistake and for the failure of delivering the whole part of the
general information. However, there was a technical issue, and I only joined the Webex
meeting about halfway through; as a result, I was deprived of basic orders and discussions.
Despite my efforts to align myself with the other participants I realized later that I had failed
to estimate the amount of the efforts that we have to invest for this report.
As for this I take full responsibility for not making it clear earlier and for putting forward
such a weak report. I agree with this decision knowing fully well that failure to do this
affected the whole project and for this reason I want to apologize for the inconvenience
caused.
As for the future let me state that I will do all I can to ensure that such a situation is
prevented. In the further processes I assume the strategy of checking with the team leader and
others more insistently, to get all the necessary information for myself in advance. Also,
before passing any document to the group, I will seek permission about the expectations that
are being set to dealing with a segment of that project.
Once more, let me ensure that interacting with this site, I used them wrong which could lead
to some disturbance. In case of all these actions, if you require any added action on the matter
or if you want to tap up the job in the future, please do not hesitate to let me know.
