Exercise: Read the passage and choose the best answers

Choosing to volunteer takes up some of your time. Some people say that they do not have
time to help others, so they don’t volunteer. But scientists say giving time to help others
benefits us.
The first benefit of volunteering is that it helps us learn to be flexible. Volunteers have to
be ready for changes and stay flexible when solving problems. Second, volunteering can
