welcoming future talent
Since September 2023, Vinamilk has been piloting the new
format of the “Employee Integration” program, aiming to create
positive experiences, enhance brand loyalty, and strengthen
employee engagement with the company’s culture, values, and
new identity.

The program includes a series of activities within the first 2


months from the date of employment until the probation
evaluation: integration handbook, product trials, information
sharing sessions, office/farm/plant visits, welcome emails,
welcome gifts, first lunch, buddy program, etc. Employees
are provided with maximum opportunities to quickly integrate
into the new environment, as well as on-the-job training
at production facilities to understand processes that make

After 3 months of piloting at the Headquarters, the program has


yielded impressive results with 57 new employees welcomed,
15 onboarding sessions, and 3 experiential tours organized.
