II. Rationale
Teachers' Month is a celebration wherein students and the school community show their
gratitude for the priceless effort of teachers in molding the future. Teachers play a vital
role in shaping future generations. Their dedication and hard work often go unrecognized.
Celebrating Teachers' Month highlights the immense impact educators have on students'
lives, communities, and society as a whole. It is also an occasion where recognitions,
through performances, awards, and gift-giving, are to be given to teachers to make it a
memorable day for all

Brief Description

Teachers' Month is a dedicated period to honor and celebrate educators for their
invaluable contributions to society. It highlights their dedication, inspires appreciation
from students and communities, and advocates for better support and resources. Various
activities, events, and initiatives take place to recognize teachers' hard work and foster a
culture of gratitude and collaboration in education.

Below are the Program Flow of the said event:

III. Objectives
The objective of the World Teachers Day Celebration is to honor teachers for their
dedication, hard work, and significant contributions to student development and society.
Inspiration and Motivation is also to inspire teachers through acknowledgment and
appreciation, encouraging them to continue innovating and improving their teaching
practices. These objectives aim to create a meaningful and impactful celebration that
resonates with educators and the broader community.

VI. Technical Working Committees

Grade 11 Student Organization (ABM, MAWD, HUMSS): Oversees the entire program.
Grade 11 Student Organization (ABM, MAWD, HUMSS): In charge of the Teacher Appreciation Wall and
venue setup.
Performing Arts Club and Music Club: Organizes performances for the Intermission and Harana.
Grade 11 Student Organization (ABM, MAAWD, HUMSS): Prepares certificates and manages the award
ceremony.
Grade 11 Student Organization (11-ABM): Prepares and distributes DIY keychains.
Logistics Committee: Ensures sound system, equipment, and other technical needs are met.
Dokumenstarista: Takes charge of photo and video documentation of the event.

VII. Monitoring and Evaluation


a. Monitoring: The focal person and committee heads will monitor the progress of all planned activities
from preparation to execution.
b. Evaluation: At the end of the program, the committee will collect feedback from the involved
teachers and participants in order to assess the outcome of the event with regard to the satisfaction
rate of the teachers, student involvement, and how well the program has been conducted in general.
