PROCLAMATION
1 The result of regular candidates, who appeared in the higher secondary school certificate (HSSC) Part-I & Part-II
Pre-Engineering Group online composite examination 2020. Declared pass the marks awarded in HSSC Examination
2020 (Part I & Part II) on the basis of candidate’s performance. Pre-Engineering Group Part-I & Part-II is hereby

declared today the 8 July-2020 at 17:00 hours. This examination commenced on 3 July-2020.
2 The Result Gazette is being issued provisionally as notice only. Errors and omissions are expected. Any entry
appearing therein does not in itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of any award or
certificate, which will be issued under the rules and regulations on the basis of original record of the Board.
i. The Board reserves the rights of rectifying errors and omissions in the results at
any time on the basis of original record.
ii. Every care has been taken to ensure that the result is accurate. The Board however does not hold
itself responsible for any omission or mistake of result in the Gazette. If any error or omission is
noticed the Board may be informed immediately for necessary action.
3. The marks certificate for this Examination will be issued to their respective Institutions within
one week time.
All those candidates whose results have been withheld for want of correct information eligibility are advised in their own
interest to resolve these discrepancies immediately to enable the office to declare their results.

NOTE:
1. The result of regular candidates, who appeared in the higher secondary school certificate
(HSC) Part-I & Part-II Pre-Engineering Group online composite examination 2020. Declared
pass the marks awarded in HSC Examination 2020 (Part I & Part II) on the basis of
candidate’s performance. Pre-Engineering Group Part-I & Part-II is hereby declared today
the 8TH July-2020 at 17:00 hours. This examination commenced on 3rd July-2020.
2. Any Roll Number appearing out of serial at any place in this result released should be
deemed as typographical error and correct position about the same may be ascertained
from the office.
3. The Board reserves the right to correct, modify, alter or change the Results in any manner
if they are found to have been irregularly commuted or compiled.
4. Similarly, the candidature is liable to be cancelled in case of fraudulent appearance or
concealment of facts which may come to our notice at the subsequent stage.
5. Typographical errors, if any in this Release will not entitle anybody to interpret the Result
in his/her favour and to claim any success or advantage therefrom. The Board reserves the
right to correct such mistakes as and when come to notice.
6. MARKS STATEMENT will be issued after ONE WEEK from their respective Institutions No
marks statement will at all be issued from the Boards’ premises and none need to call at
the office of the board for the said purpose.
7. Scrutiny of answer book(s) can be done on payment of prescribed fee and on application
within 40 days of the declaration of result.
