I. NARRATIVE REPORT
The 1st Departmental Meeting for the School Year 2024-2025 started at exactly 1:00 in the
afternoon and was technically facilitated by Mr. Ian Santos B. Salinas, Master Teacher 1 and
Officer in Charge Head Teacher of the Values Education Department. The different agenda of the
meeting are the following:
1. Official Designation as OIC-HT

(Provision of Schedule for Monitoring of Classes)

The Meeting adjourned at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon and was well attended by all the
Values Education Teachers.

L. EVALUATION RATING: 100% successful rate
M. MAJOR FINDINGS: The EsP Teachers are very supportive with the different
activities that were facilitated during the 1st Departmental Meeting.
N. EFFECTS: The Teachers were able to understand fully the different important
agenda in preparation for the different activities and tasks to be done.
