provisions of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, to wit:

“AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A NEW BARANGAY OMNIBUS TAX ORDINANCE


ON THE BUSINESS OF RETAIL STORES, IMPOSITION AND COLLECTION OF
SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES, CLEARANCE FEES,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”

which was duly passed and approved during the 34 th Regular Session of the Sangguniang
Barangay held on May 4, 2015.
