service and control wiring.
Any additional services will result in additional cost ie. farm service, breaker box
relocation, plugs, lights etc.
ATTENION: The pandemic has created supply issues and constant price
increases on materials. Pricing may be subject to change based on currency
exchange variance of +/- 4%, tarriffs and surcharges are beyond the control of
LJ Electric.
Payment Terms:
40% DEPOSIT of total estimate REQUIRED before rough in.
NET15 for 30% payment due of remaining total balance after rough in.
NET15 for 30% payment remaining balance of total after finishing.
