Opening of limited number of Tenure Playing
Rights (3 & 5 years) for DDA Golf Course Dwarka
1. Delhi Development Authority has developed an 18-hole public championship golf
course at Dwarka Sector-24. The golf course facility at Dwarka sub-city will not only be the
latest 18-hole golf course in Delhi NCR but will also be the longest golf course in the country
with a yardage of 7377 yards (Par-72). The course has been designed with many unique
features like longest par 5 Hole (720 yards), independent greens, tees, roughs, water
bodies, capillary bunkers and fairways with an asymmetrical contour layout. It is the first golf
course in India which has been grassed with North Shore Bermuda Grass on Tees and
Fairways, whereas the greens been provided with Mini Verde. An extensive network of
storm drainage system to provide best playing surface for the round of golf in all seasons
has been catered for. DDA Golf Course Dwarka has been so designed that it provides a mix
of challenges in skills and tact with fast rolling greens, making it to be a golfers' delight.
2. In addition, a golf academy as “Centre of Excellence for Golf” is being established
to train and inspire young budding golfers under the mentorship of certified IGU Coaches.
A state-of-the-art tech studio, high-end simulators and a well-equipped Fitness Centre
would also be available to enable all round development in skills, physical and mental
conditioning of the golfers and young aspirants.
3. The splendor and eye-catching swathe of landscaping adds grandeur to the Club
House. Exquisite amenities showcasing style and a feel of luxury at restaurant, bar
swimming pool, multi gym, conference hall, banquet hall, wellness centre, terrace & pool
side dining and pro-shops would also be available at the sprawling club house.
4. Delhi Development Authority offers limited number of Tenure Playing Rights
(3 and 5 years) for DDA Golf Course Dwarka Sector-24, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075.
5. 2000 playing rights are being offered in the following categories: -
(a) Govt. Category Individuals. : 200
(Playing Rights are granted under this category to
individuals holding the position of Deputy Secretary or
equivalent and above i.e. drawing salary at Level 12 or
above in the Government of India (7th CPC), its
autonomous bodies/ DDA/ Govt. of NCT of Delhi/ Union
Territories and PSUs)
(b) Applicants with Golf Handicap Certificate.
(need to have a handicap certificate from other golf courses)
• Govt. Category : 100
• Non-Govt. : 500
(c) General applicants. : 1000
(d) Corporate Including PSUs (A: 2 Nominees) : 50
(e) Corporate including PSUs (B: 4 Nominees) : 50
(f) Embassies, High Commission & International Org : 50
(g) Other Foreigners/ NRI : 50
6. Monthly pay & play cards are also available.
7. The entry fee and monthly subscription payable (GST additional), for 3 and 5
years tenure playing rights in Govt. & non-Govt. categories are as follows:

Note: "Renewal of Tenure Playing Rights" will be revised as follows:
An individual applying for grant of extension of playing rights after the end of the first term
of 3 years or 5 years, as the case may be, shall also be eligible for further extensions on the
expiry of such like tenures and is also entitled for a rebate of 25% on the existing rate for
like tenure.
8. The entire process of application and payment of entry fees would be online.
Applications for tenure playing rights are to be submitted online along with requisite
documents. Incomplete applications would be summarily rejected. Physical submission of
application form would not be entertained. The application will be accepted on First Come
First Serve basis. The date & time of deposition of Entry Fee transaction with the application
will be considered for seniority. Payment of membership fees shall not entitle the applicant
to award of playing rights. After scrutiny of applications and attached documents, the playing
rights would be awarded once approved. Any application received without the Entry Fees
will not be accepted for award of playing rights. The applicant should apply in the
category applicable. Application in the wrong category is liable to be rejected.

9. Spouse and dependent children (from 5 to 21 years) can be added in the playing
rights of individuals whose playing rights are approved. Dependents with playing rights
would need to pay monthly subscription, as applicable. They are entitled to play on the
golf course, driving range and utilize the club facilities. Non-playing dependents are not
required to pay monthly subscription and are not entitled to play on the golf course, though
they can utilize the facilities of club house.
10. The vacancies are limited for various categories as specified in para 5 above, the
application window for that particular category, will get disabled automatically once the
vacancies in that category are filled as the playing rights will be awarded on First Come
First Serve basis.
11. All applicants would be required to specify the category in which they wish to
apply for playing rights (refer para 5). First Come First Serve basis would be applied for
grant of playing rights within the prescribed ceiling.
12. Only one application is to be submitted by an applicant. If an applicant submits
more than one application, then her/ his applications would be rejected.
13. Playing rights, if granted, can be terminated if it is established later that
documents submitted by the applicants on the basis of which playing rights were granted
are incorrect, false or forged.
14. The tenure of playing rights will commence from 01 April 2025 onwards and the
monthly subscription, as applicable, is required to be deposited in advance on quarterly
basis from this date only.
15. Details of the golf course and club house are as follows: -
• DDA Golf Course Dwarka is the longest golf course in the country with a yardage of
7377 yards with a sprawling club house featuring state-of-the-art modern amenities.
• In addition to the 18-hole golf course, it has a golf training academy as “Centre
of Excellence for Golf” with the following amenities to train and inspire young
budding golfers to excel in the said field.

❖ 6-hole 3-par course for young children for practice and learn.
❖ Two big practice putting greens.
❖ Exclusive Chipping Range with green and bunkers.
