The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) is renowned for its
cutting-edge research and development expertise across various scientific and
technological domains. As a contemporary R&D organization, CSIR boasts a
dynamic network comprising 37 national laboratories, 39 outreach centres, one
Innovation Complex, and three units, establishing a robust pan-India presence.
Our institute, CSIR-Fourth Paradigm Institute (CSIR-4PI) is one of these
esteemed laboratories, that has been instrumental in advancing computational
research capabilities within CSIR. It continues to hold significant potential in
pioneering emerging data science research to address critical societal and strategic
challenges.
CSIR Jigyasa program, an initiative taken during the Platinum Jubilee year
which came as an inspiration by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's
Social Responsibility (SSR) for CSIR. The
vision of
new India and 'Scientific
objective of Jigyasa is to extend the classroom learning by focusing on well-

Under the CSIR-JIGYASAinitiative, we are excited to announce a 5-day
Teachers' Training Workshop form 22nd to 26th July 2024 at the CSIR-
4PI prernises in Bengaluru. This workshop aims to enhance the
understanding and teaching methodologies of science and mathematics teachers
