INTRODUCTION
Gender-neutral laws are essential in creating a more inclusive society, ensuring that
individuals are treated equally regardless of gender. However, when it comes to
harassment against men, these laws can also play a pivotal role in addressing and
mitigating harm. In many societies, harassment is often perceived as something
that predominantly affects women, leading to a lack of awareness or action when
men are targeted. By implementing gender-neutral harassment laws, the legal
system acknowledges that all individuals, regardless of gender, are susceptible to
discrimination and mistreatment. This creates a framework where men, too, can
seek justice for harassment or abuse without fear of being dismissed or
stigmatized. Gender-neutral laws not only protect men from physical, emotional, or
verbal abuse but also challenge outdated stereotypes that limit how society views
masculinity and vulnerability. Ultimately, these laws contribute to a more equitable
environment where everyone—regardless of gender—can live without fear of
harassment. And by virtue of this street play an attempt has been made to deliver
this message
