Act for restitution of conjugal rights.
2. That this present matter is listed before this Hon’ble Court on 12.11.2024
for miscellaneous purposes.
3. That this Hon’ble court ordered the petitioner to deposit Demand Draft of
Rs. 11,000/- to the respondent through this Hon’ble Court in compliance
of Hon’ble Delhi High Court judgement 'Kusum Sharma vs. Mahinder
Kumar Sharma'.
4. That the petitioner is submitting and annexing the same by way of this
application vide DD. No. 083070.
PRAYER
It is therefore, most respectfully prayed to this Hon’ble Court that the
Demand Draft vide DD No.083070 may be taken on record and pass any
other order this Hon’ble Court deem fit.
