This procedure document as a guide for employees to do the job in a safe way or
considering aspects of occupational health and safety (K3).
This document is a document level 2 which will be reviewed periodically and, if
there are changes in processes and work environment.
This document is controlled by the Project & Engineering Manager. Do not
reproduce part or all of the contents of this document without the written
permission of Director.
Advice and suggestions regarding this document should be directed to the MR
for review before it pass to the Director for approval
Changes to this document will be recorded in the format of the document
changes. List of holders of documents will be kept by MR.

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 General
PT Mitra Ekatama Expertech (MEET) is committed to preventing workplace
accidents and occupational diseases as well as environmental pollution, therefore
drafted this procedure in order to be a guideline for all employees to do the job.
Before doing the work, it is necessary to constantly remind the safety talk and
increase safety awareness for all workers.
1.2 Scope of Work
Electrical Supply & Installation work for Integration Solar Power for Utility
Plant Site PT.INDOCEMENT TUNGGAL PRAKARSA Tbk.
1.3 General responsibilities
• Director is responsible for setting and reviewing for compliance.
• Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining this procedure is
applied.
• Leader / Engineer / Supervisor is responsible for implementing and ensuring the
procedure is applied by workers in the field.
2. WORK ACTIVITY
Pre-Start Checks :
Material preparation and check all equipment prior to use . Never use equipment
that is defective or damaged.

Sequence Of Work :
1. PULLING CABLE
a. Cable Power
1. Pulling Power from Panel Solar to MV New MV Panel
NYY Cable 3 x 400 mm2 = 15 mtr
NYY Cable 4 x 4 mm2 = 45 mtr
Method :
- The delivered cable must be good treated
- The cable is sent from the workshop by using a truck and then lowered at the
location using a Hand stacker and placed on a hydraulic cable drum
- The cable is pulled using human power and using a cable roller through the existing
cable rack.
- The cable is pulled in the MCC Quary E from Panel Exiting to New MV Panel.
- The cable reels settled on jacks by using spindle through the central hole of the reel.
- Pulling cable in MCC Quary E on Existing cable tray/ladder on height 0.6 meters
(must be not use scaffolding), with estimation weight for cable NYY 3x400 mm2
(6.5kg/m), cable NYY 4x4mm2 (0,86kg/m).
Safety Precaution :
1. Mandatory PPE must be use
2. Safety inspector and supervisor full present on site during the activities
3. Tie cables using cable ties every distance 2 mtr
4. Always hook the body harness while clim and going down the ladder and working on
the plate form ,body harness with double hook

4. WIRING AND TERMINATION IN MV PANEL
- Power Cable
Method :
1. Prepare material and tool for termination
2. Install scun at the end of the cable
3. Make sure the scun instaled properly
4. Lototo before start termination and conection
5. Start connection according to the scheme
Safety Precaution :
1. Mandatory PPE must be use
2. Safety inspector and supervisor full present on site during the activities

a. Installation Panel MV
b. Install Panel Lighting
a) Installation Panel MV Switchgear Siemens
- 2.300 mm x 2.380 mm x 600 mm
- Estimated weight 150 Kg
Total 3 Panel
Method :
- Base frame fabrication of Panel at the project location
- Install the base frame panel in the specified Area
- lift the panel using the forklif and hand pallet to install it on top of
the base frame that has been prepared.

6. FINISH CONDITION
Cleaning all area P12 Big Bag project than bring them to scrap to workshop Plant 12.

Methode
- Gain any permits to work, contractor passes and/or sign into site to meet
with the clients and be made aware of site procedures.
- All operatives will wear at all times necessary safety/protective clothing,
(eg overalls, safety hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, safety boots and
ear defenders).
Ensure that electrical power supply is available and connect any required extension leads to the
working area.
