Profile Photo Guidelines:
✓Please shoot in a well-lit environment.
✓Keep the background clean (ex: white wall) and free of debris (remove clutter in the background) ✓Straight
and center shot, no need to leave too much space on both sides.
✓Keep space on the top of the head.
✓Just shoot around the elbow.
✓Show the most confident smile, avoid an expressionless and poker-face.
*Please provide photos of at least 1400 pixels on each side, better more than 3000 pixels.
(The more you follow our standards, the better our designers will be able to make you prettier. :)

For the Profile Video:


✓Mention your Teacher Name and it should be the same as the name in your introduction (Not full name).
✓If you have junior teaching experience, please mention it. (I’ve been teaching Junior for 5 years now).
✓Speak not too fast and not too slow.
✓Use proper grammar & correct pronunciation.
✓Use English only.
✓Be Energetic.
✓Make the video as fun and interesting as possible.
✓Be creative.
✓Props (visual aid, headbands, etc.) are very much recommended.
✓Horizontal video (Not Portrait mode video). ✓Submit it in
High Resolution.

*Please review your video several times before sending it to us.

IMPORTANT POINTS:
✓Video playback should be smooth (No lagging).
*If your video is lagging, students will think your webcam quality is not good in the real class as well.

✓Eye contact with viewer (Do not sound scipted or look like you are reading something).

Put them in a folder and compress the folder (.zip, .rar).

Then, make the folder name as: [Your First Name + Your Country] (e.g. James Philippines.rar) and send the compressed file by replying to the email you
received from us.

Once we receive it, we will contact you via email reply when a review has been completed.

If you do not receive a response from us within 1 week of submitting requirements, it means you have not passed our initial review.
