Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 and
grease a 9x9 square baking
pan nonstick cooking spray.
Set aside.
2. In a mix bowl combine
butter, cornbread muffin
mix, corn and mix well.
3. Stir in sour cream, eggs and
sugar and mix well.
4. Spoon corn casserole batter
into prepared pan.
5. Bake casserole for 40 – 45
minutes or until center is
set.
6. Cut casserole into squares
and serve.
