With the Blaugrana being at the receiving end of

criticism after news broke, some of these reports have
been leaked by Spanish press.

Miguel Angel Perez wrote on 'Libertad Digital' that

these "documents with the letterhead of F.C.
Barcelona" are labelled as "confidential arbitration
report". They are two or three pages long and were
"seized during a search in the house of Josep
Contreras, a historic director of the Blaugrana, who
died last December".

'Libertad Digital' stresses that there are several "

spelling mistakes that appear in the report". One of the
reports focuses on Ignacio Iglesias Villanueva,
current VAR referee, ahead of a match between
Barcelona and Real Mallorca on November 11, 2012.
The Blaugrana won that game 4-2.

"He does not have a great personality or charisma, but

his confidence and prudence leads him to 'pull out'
matches effectively," the report says of Villanueva.

The other report is about David Perez Pallas, who

officiated a Barcelona B match against Cordoba.

What is Barcelona accused of in the

'Negreira Case'?

Barcelona as a legal entity are being tried for the

crime of continuous corruption, as former presidents
Sadro Rosell and Josep Maria Bartomeu have been
charged over corruption in business, unfair
administration and falsification of commercial
documents.

Possible penalties for Barcelona for the

'Negreira Case'

Pablo Polo explains in MARCA that article 33.7 of the

penal code establishes the penalties for the offenses
that Barcelona could potentially face.

The harshest punishment would see the club's

activities be suspended and its premises be shut
down for a period not exceeding five years. The club
could also be banned from carrying out future
activities connected to the crime has been committed,
favored or covered up. This prohibition may be
temporary or definitive.

In the event it is temporary, the term may not exceed

15 years. They could also be disqualifed from
obtaining public subsidies and aid, from contracting
with the public sector and from enjoying tax or Social
Security benefits and incentives, for a term not
exceeding fifteen years.

Finally, there could be a judicial intervention to

safeguard the rights of the workers or creditors for the
time deemed necessary, which may not exceed five
years.

members," Pique said.

talking about Fati, I'm talking in general.

"Your father or your brother have not studied to be

representatives and they start to manage money and
they sit with professionals.

"They feel empowered to say that they will do it and

the mentality of the player is that, rather than an agent
earning the money, your father or brother should earn
it. And this is a mistake.

"You have to put yourself in the hands of competent

people.

"It doesn't help that the world of representation, in

Europe, is frowned upon.

"It is a dark world, and there is talk of big money

commissions."
