CERAMIC POWDER PREPARATION

 This are the chamber for the mixing different type clay , stones and all required material for making a best
mixture . which is used to making a good quality tiles.

 in the powder preparation department, the ceramic slip produced by the grinding plant is transformed into
spray powder suitable for the next pressing phases.

 in particular, the invention relates to a method for treating ceramic powder material in such a manner that
from pressing the ceramic powder material that is thus treated a semifinished ceramic product is obtained,
such as, for example, an unfired ceramic tile.

CERAMICPRESSING
 Dry pressing of technical ceramics is a fundamental method of producing high-quality ceramic
components. The goals of dry pressing technical ceramics are uniform compact size and green density,
consistent part-to-part green density and defect-free compact.

 Dry pressing is the axial compaction of loosely granulated dry ceramic powders (< 3% free moisture)
within a die/punch arrangement. The powder, under pressure, conforms to the specific shape of the
punch faces and die. Powder compaction occurs within a rigid-walled die and usually between a top and
bottom punch. Press configurations include anvil, rotary, multiple-punch and multiple-action.

 There is a process when pressing is done and required biscuit which is called in the industry for the tiles.
There are required pressuer is generated by the press machine.
SPRAY DRYING

 If wet milling is first used, the excess water is usually removed via spray drying. This involves pumping the
slurry to an atomizer consisting of a rapidly rotating disk or nozzle. Droplets of the slip are dried as they
are heated by a rising hot air column, forming small, free flowing granules that result in a powder suitable
for forming.

 Tile bodies can also be prepared by dry grinding followed by granulation. Granulation uses a machine in
which the mixture of previously dry-ground material is mixed with water in order to form the particles
into granules, which again form a powder ready for forming.
PRODUCTION LINE

 A production line is a traditional method which people associate with manufacturing. The production line
is arranged so that the product is moved sequentially along the line and stops at work centers along the
line where an operation is performed. The item may move along some kind of conveyor, or be moved
manually by staff or forklift. For example, operations along the production line could include assembly,
painting, drying, testing, and packaging.
DIGITAL PRINTING

 Due to no transfer is needed, our ceramic tile printing machine can simplify your workflow by direct
printing technology. Besides, 3D printing on ceramic tiles can be easily achieved, which allows you to
produce more expressive prints that are full of sense of space.

 In addition to delicate visual 3D effect, our flatbed UV ceramic tile printer is also able to create lifelike
embossing effect, which enhances the sense of art. You can produce art-sensitive tiles and use them to
decorate your walls, or make artworks based on your rich imagination, such as tile coasters.
FIRING (KILLN)
 This is called the killan in industry area. Which is distributing the different tempratuer to the tiles and
backed with high tempratuer.

 The model has been verified by temperature measurements at the tile surface, made with a
temperature probe. For this, several K-type thermocouples were fixed to the tile top and bottom
surfaces, recording tile surface temperature during firing as the tile advanced through the kiln. These
tests have provided a more accurate estimation of the heat transmission mechanisms in the kiln.
COATING
TILE PROTECTIVE COATING

Protective coating for ceramics acts as a very efficient protective coating for tiles. It creates
a transparent and very hard coating that bonds to the surface of ceramic (or anything that is
made of silica like marble or stone) and after that, your tile will need a lot less maintenance.

Once applied to the tiles or surface, it transforms the surface architecture at the Nano-
scale level and makes it both hydrophobic (water repellant) and oleophobic (oil repellant).

SELF CLEANING CERAMIC TILE

For those in the know, protective coating for ceramics means that keeping kitchens and
bathrooms clean is a lot less work but protective coating for ceramics is something that
hardly anyone knows about. Wouldn’t the best possible cleaning products for your kitchen
and bathrooms mean that you would not only have to clean less often but those difficult to
maintain rooms would look cleaner as well?

This protective coating product for windows and other glass works just as well on tiles, as
well as anything made of ceramic or is based on silica, like marble and stone.

Mold, dirt, grime and other undesirable substances will not accumulate or stick if you use
our protective coating for ceramics in your kitchen or bathrooms.

Note: This protective coating should not be used on floors as it will make it too smooth and
slippery.

STORAGE
CUTTING TOOL
 This is the fainal process when require size and dimension tiles is cutting and making our requirement
fullfill.

 History of cutter where used for first time in industry.

 The first tile cutter was designed to facilitate the work and solve the problems that masons had
when cutting hydraulic mosaic or encaustic cement tiles (a type of decorative tile with
pigmented cement, highly used in 50s, due to the high strength needed because of the high
hardness and thickness of these tiles).
 Over the time the tool evolved, incorporating elements that made it more accurate and
productive. The first cutter had an iron point to scratch the tiles. It was later replaced by the
current tungsten carbide scratching wheel.
