desktop.

Given: A roller assembly has six different parts, namely base (1), bracket (2), roller (3),
shaft (4), bushing (5) and hexagonal head screw (6). The following are given.
i. Isometric and sectional front view drawings of the roller assembly to help
you understand the way the parts are assembled, and
ii. Detail drawings of the parts equipped with all necessary information
Tasks: The following tasks are to be accomplished by using CATIA.
1. Part design (modeling) of all parts (20 Pts.)
2. Assembly design of the roller assembly (15 Pts.)
3. Drafting of the bracket with complete dimensioning and title block (5 Pts.)
