Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135, as amended filed by
LOPEZ QUEZON CREDIT COOPERATIVE against JOSEPINE P. ARGAMOSA
with a postal address at #696 Gen. V. Yngente Ave, Brgy. Talolong, Lopez,
Quezon, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of December 31, 2022
amounts to PhP919,806.80, excluding foreclosure expenses, attorney’s fees and
other charges up to the date of sale, the undersigned or his duly authorized
deputy will sell at public auction on June 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the main
entrance of the Municipal Building of Lopez, Quezon to the highest bidder for
cash and in Philippine Currency, the following described property/ies with all its

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned Sheriff on the
above-stated time and date.
In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it
shall be held at the above-mentioned place on June 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.,
without further notice and all prospective bidders are required to submit their
respective sealed bids on the latter date.
