2024 - 2025 ELEMENTARY CONTRACT HIRING PROCESS

ONLY Certified Elementary Teachers on the “Elementary Eligible to Hire (ETH) List” can apply to the
contract vacancy postings.
Candidates interested in applying for French vacancies must have a French Fluency assessment. If you
have not had a French Fluency Assessment, please contact Recruitment, Elementary Teaching Office
to schedule an appointment.
Contract vacancies will be posted commencing December 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Candidates must apply
to vacancies by December 6, 2024 at Noon to be considered for an interview.
When applying to these vacancy postings, applicants MUST complete the “2024-2025 Contract
Vacancy Application Form” and submit the application form, a copy of their Eligible to Hire letter, a
copy of the OCT certificate and any other documents or information listed as part of the application
process on the job postings via E-MAIL directly to the principal.
Part-time teachers who have accepted a .5 position for September 2024, cannot apply for a full-time
position. Part-time teachers can apply for an additional .5 position, provided it does not disrupt
their current assignment for September 2024.
Only candidates receiving an interview will be contacted by the principal.
Unsuccessful interviewed candidates will receive feedback upon request.
