search for an Administrative Assistant II, as advertised and posted in the Civil
Service Commission website. I know I have the character, skills and academic
background to be the perfect candidate for the position in your agency.

Academically, I have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting at


the Ateneo de Davao University last March 29, 2014 and passed the Civil Service
Examination (Subprofessional) last March 26, 2023 and CSE (Professional) last
March 3, 2024.

As a brief discussion of my work experiences, I have been an Administrative Aide


II in the Department of Public Works and Highways for eight (8) years. My work
experience has helped me to develop skills in communications, team working
and numeracy.
