This office vide references 4 th and 5th cited, has issued certain
instructions to all Development authorities and Urban local bodies in the state to
monitor and review the unauthorised layout data before uploading in the Online
Modules.
Inspite of repeated instructions, the ULBs/Development Authorities are
uploading the Survey numbers of the Agriculture lands, approved layouts /
buildings, vacant lands without any sub-divisions are also as unauthorized
layouts and also mentioning the entire survey number in the unauthorized layout
even though only part of the survey number is actually developed as
unauthorized and remaining land is under agriculture use / vacant land without
any sub-division. In the absence of clear sub-divisions of land details, the
Registration department is blocking the entire survey number, there by property
owners are facing inconvenience and approaching the UDAs/ULBs for deleting
the same from prohibited properties list. The UDAs/ULBs after inspection
recommending for deletion from prohibitory properties list of Registration
Department.
In this regard, here with enclosing the unauthorized layouts list sent to
the Registration Department so far for re-verification as well as to rectify in the
online modules duly verifying the clear sub-division of survey number in which
unauthorized layout is formed, revenue village / ward, patta/Khata number in
case of land is not sub-divided, land owner/pattadhar name, extent of the
unauthorized layout etc., as per the revenue records and the rectified data shall
be resubmitted to this office by 01-04-2022, so as to communicate the same to
Registration department.
