Client : Taylor Communications
Project Description:
Prism (Product Release Inventory System Management) is the focal point
for many other systems in manufacturing, marketing and financial
domains. Prism has a tightly coupled interface with the Formpac Invoicing
system, through which about 70% invoicing volume flows. Most other
order fulfillment systems that have been deployed over the years
converge on Prism for pushing their invoices to Formpac Invoicing. Prism
also remains the repository of a lot of master data that it passes to other
systems. DXC Technology India would be providing Production Support &
Maintenance Services to Taylor Communications.
Responsibilities:
Worked as a team member on code development, Code retrofit for
programs, maps and copybooks and testing the same and fixing of
compilation issues, defects.
Resolving Batch Abends and working on day-to-day business
tickets/Incidents.
Responsible for developing code, Unit testing and code review.

Project Description:
MACYS is one of the biggest organizations in retail and departmental
stores. Macy's is capturing the spirit of America as the nation's
department store. Macy's currently operates more than 850 department
stores in 45 states.
The Reservation and delivery system (RDS), incorporates all the
merchandise management functions needed for total online unit control
operation. Stock Keeping Units are created and maintained, stock orders
entered and special orders generated. New receipts can be located in
warehouse, and customer sales checks can be accessed online by
customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:
Handling requests from the onsite SME’s (Subject Matter Expert) which comes in the
form of CR (Change Request).
Analysis of the system after extensive user interaction, study and development of various
codes.
Developing the new functionality / enhancing the existing functionality by making
changes to the batch/online programs.
Working on business tickets and giving resolution to the issues and Implementing Change
Requests and Enhancement Requests.

Project 1: Update the correct Sub-Product Code in OX Message.
Description:
This project is regarding Account Transfer Request. Whenever
account transfer happens, there was a mismatch and passing the old sub-
product code instead of new sub-product code.

Project 2: Add GTA & IIS Products in Custdw file for generating

Description:
CustDW currently sends a daily file to Hogan Customer Information
System (CIS) with accounts (Hogan DDA’s) that are entitled to select TMS
(Treasury Management Products). The purpose of this project is for Hogan
CIS to add GTA and IIS product codes for generating TMS Products.

Project 3: Fix for HKOB abend for offline add.
Description:
TMS to ECRR is a daily offline add process in CIS. The feed which is
received from CW with TMS product accounts to CIS will be loaded into MQ
and once they are processed, response will be sent back. This fix for the
current production issue across the enterprise customers (company id
999) having RPM segment data, to be able to purge accounts RPM DB’s by
enabling cross company check.
