Instructions: Starforged Notebook

This is not an official Ironsworn: Starforged product.

This file contains an unofficial booklet to use with Ironsworn: Starforged.
There are four (4) files contained within the zip, along with this INSTRUCTIONS.pdf.

PAGES.PDF
This file contains the booklet as single-pages. They are still half-pages (5.5x8.5).
If you were sending anything to a print-on-demand service, it would probably be this file.

SPREADS.PDF
In this file, each page is 2 pages of the booklet. It is designed to be printed on both sides
of landscaped 8.5 X 11” paper. Then folded. Thus, a single-sheet will create 4-pages.

This file is imposed which means the pages are not arranged sequentially. It is ordered
so that when all the pages are printed, folded and nested correctly, the final booklet will be
paged sequentially (see Notebook Binding). This allows a single point to staple (or 3 in
the case) to keep the entire booklet of 40 pages together, while only printing on 10 sheets
of paper.

COVER.PDF
This file is optional. Both the PAGES and SPREADS file contain a cover, however this
file contains some extra bits to jazz up your booklet if you desire. There are a number of
stock images (mainly taken from game-icon.net) that you can add to your cover to
distinguish different campaigns. Make sure to show Layers to access them.

See the Notebook Cover Instructions page for more details.

Try printing the cover on lightly colored cardstock. Using lightly colored papers can
really make a difference, as well as make different notebooks for different campaigns
really stand out.
