Order Management
Standard O2C Flow:
Login to Demo User->> scm_impl (Enter Header & Lines Information)
Home Screen->> Order management->> Order management->> Create Order->> Enter Header details->> Save
In Order Lines->> Select Item (ordered by customer)->> Copy existing Item & enter here (AS46337) ->>
Search
After entering the item, Item stock & price should be there.
Here we can enter or change stock manually ->> Click Add
After adding, we can change or modify prices (like for discount purpose) or directly override prices->> Save &
close
Automatic discount – Based on conditions written in Application.
We can delete item from sales order from orange drop down
Next go to Shipment details: -
In General Tab->> Enter details
Under Shipping Tab :- Enter details
Next, Supply tab: - Enter Source warehouse
Under this Go to Billing & payment Details: -
Here ensure Payment term..
Next, Save
If we added another item, details of previous one by default added to 2 nd item or line we added.
To change any details of 2nd Item ->> Click on orange drop down->> Override order line
After Entering details for line 2 ->> Save.
To see the currency breakup->> click on total cost->> Done->> Save &close
Next-=>> submit sales order (Then Application verify customer credit availability, sales approval & identify
orchestration)
After Booking sales order->> from action->> switch to fulfilment view
Under the fulfilment lines: - Here we can change scheduled ship date
To Navigate to orchestration screen->> Click on orchestration number
Navigate to Availability screen ->> click check availability
To identify Sourcing Rule ->> from action drop down->>order promise rule->> View sourcing Rule
Or we can check ATP rule here.- Schedule ship date coming from the ATP rule configuration.
In fulfillment Screen->> Action drop down->> Schedule (for source warehouse) if not entered manually,
application will identify the warehouse for the sales order.
Reserve/Unreserve – for ordered qty.
If we single qty reserve for any order & we want to use for another order, then first unreserve & reserve for
another.
Holds: - We can apply hold manually due to some specific reason towards any line & for complete sales order
got to Header ->> action drop down ->> Hold->> Apply.
From Line action drop down ->> We can also view fulfillment details. (Shipping & invoice details)
From Sales Order Header action drop down ->> we can pricing strategy & segments.
From Sales Order Header action drop down ->> create document (from here we can acknowledge the sales
order to the customer) by E-mail directly from application address or we can download sales order & send by
our own E-mail)
Release Sales Order: -
Note: - Picking & shipping should be perform from Supply chain Execution->> INV management
From task->> switch to picks->> New pick wave
Select the Release rule, order type, Order no, and Click on Release Rule
Release seq. rule: - It play an important role when releasing bulk sales order just to define priority in
Application.
Click on View details to check the pick wave detials
If Auto confirm pick check box is enable :- Picking is done automatically in application.
Then, go to schedule processes->> After succeeded ->> Download pick slip report (Send to W/H)

After physical stock movement by picker, Pick/confirm the stock in Application: -
From task->> confirm pick slips->> search with order No.->>
Click on Pick slip No.->> Select lines to be pick->> Confirm & go to ship confirm ( for shipping step)
Click on Autocreate shipment and click on Save and close
Click on Ship confirm
After confirm application created some programs automatically.
Manage Shipment Interface (program): - It does two things
    ●    Inventory Interface: - Deduct On hand
    ●    AR Interface: - Moves the data from order management tables to AR interface
         tables.(RA_Interface_lines_all)
Bill of Lading: - carry by truck driver containing trade info. (It’s a legal doc.)
Print Packing slip report: - Containing packing information.(like container no.)
Shipment Advice : - ASN
Refresh sales order then status is shipped
Order management->> order management->> from task manage fulfilment lines->> search line (awaiting for
billing & customer) ->> Pick order number ->> Search that order & Pick item awaiting for Billing.
Invoice:
To Create/perform billing login with Finance user(fin_impl)
After Login->> Navigate to tools ->> schedule processes->> Schedule New process (Import Auto Invoice)->> OK
->> Enter details (BU, transaction source, Sales order no.)->> Submit
This program automatically create invoice for awaiting billing items
Next, Navigate to Receivables Module ->> Billing ->> from task manage transactions->> search with sales order
number & with one mandatory field->> click search
Here transaction no. = Invoice Number ->> click on transaction number ->>
General Information: -
Click on View Image to download the invoice
Next, Payment Creation: - Receive payment from the customer.
Go to Receivables ->> Account Receivables->> from task create receipt->> Enter details->>
In Reference detail->> Click to Add open Receivables
Enter Receipt reference no. there (Invoice No.)->> Search->> Click Add.->> Submit and autoapply now
To Open Receipt->> Go to manage receipt->> Search with receipt No.->>
Receipt Info. post to Ledger->> from Action drop down->> Click Post to ledger
Click View Accounting: - Credit & Debit Accounting Detail.
Next Posting Invoice to Ledger->> Go to Action ->> Post to ledger
