Government guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 protocols must be followed in
case any guidelines are issued during the dates of the matches. 1. Children above
2 years of age will require a ticket. Entry into the stadium permitted only with the
original ticket issued by the organisers. In case of the Digital Tickets, the ticket
holder shall be allowed for entry with the digital copy of the person who is holding
such digital ticket. In case such digital ticket is being transferred by the ticket
holder, the Digital ticket which first used for entry will be considered for the
validation. 2. If the ticket or the QR code is damaged/ tampered/ defaced in any
manner, 3. authorities have the right to refuse entry into the stadium 4. Rights of
admission reserved. Organisers reserve the right to cancel any ticket under
unavoidable circumstances and diverse reasons. 5. The entry gates will open two
hours before the start of the match. 6. Entry for each ticket shall be only from the
Gate, which number is printed on the respective ticket. The ticket is valid only for
the stand mentioned on the ticket. 7. The ticket(s) should be retained throughout
the match and must be shown whenever demanded by the Organisers or their
representatives. 8. The Ticket Holder shall not engage in any form of ‘Ambush
Marketing’ and shall not conduct any activity that conflicts with or infringes the
rights of any official sponsor or commercial partner. No item including, without
limitation, like banners or flags etc., displaying commercial logos, which, in TNCA
and BCCI’s view, may conflict with the rights of any official sponsor of the match
(‘Match’) will be allowed in the stadium. 9. No ”RE-ENTRY” will be allowed. Each
entry is valid for only once for one person. 10. Bags, outside food / alcohol, bottles
(including water bottles), lighters/matchbox, chewing tobacco/Gutka, firearms, tins,
cigarettes/bidi/e-cigarettes, tins, cans, musical instruments, flammable, toxic,
illegal or hazardous substances, metal containers, umbrellas, sharp objects (such
as knives, syringes etc.), cameras or any other audio-visual recording equipment
for recording and / or communication of match details / statistics/ images,
headphones/earphones (Other than hearing aids, Air Pods), helmets, power bank,
selfie stick, wooden sticks, backpack, eatables (except baby food), dangerous
goods, laptop, glass containers, sprays (except medical inhaler), laser light/pointer/
ash light, perfume, roller blades/skates, pens and pencil, balloons, animals,
syringe, flags (pole), radio, sporting balls, whistle/horn/loud hailers, promotional
products, coins, firecrackers or weapons are not allowed and strictly prohibited
inside the stadium due to security reasons.(Flag poles and any material having
indication of ambush marketing are prohibited). The Organizer shall be entitled to
seize any prohibited item without liability and without any obligation to return such
items or to compensate the holder. 11. This ticket is strictly non-transferable and
for the sole use of the purchaser. 12. The ticket is non-cancellable and non-
refundable. Refunds might be made only if the match is cancelled without a single
ball being bowled. No other refunds will be made. 13. There is no obligation on
TNCA and BCCI to reschedule the match. 14. The ticket holder accepts and
confirms this ticket shall not be exchanged, ceded, sold or transferred for a
promotional or commercial context (such as a prize in a lottery or competition or as
part of an advertising or promotional campaign), with or without consideration
unless written permission has been previously obtained from the Organizer. 15.
Entry onto the field of play at any time and throwing of any article is strictly
prohibited and is punishable by law. 16. Foul, abusive or any form of discriminatory
language (whether on the grounds of race, religion or otherwise), unruly language
or any unruly or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Spectators are
reminded that any of the language or behaviour referred to in above or any action
in breach will result in ejection from the ground and possible further action such as
criminal prosecution, identification by way of photographing and/or capturing by
video camera of the images of such persons and life-bans being imposed on such
persons. 17. The ticket Holder acknowledges and consents to the recording of
his/her likeness and/or voice and that BCCI / TNCA is entitled to use and sub-license
all rights in respect of such recordings. 18. The Holder will not sell any product or
service from any part of the stadium. 19. TNCA and BCCI will not be liable to the
Holder whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, special or
consequential loss or damage or for any loss of promoter revenue, loss of use, loss
of business or contracts or loss of opportunity. 20. TNCA, BCCI and organizers
reserve the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone
