brands like Puffy, is seeking an exceptional Head of Analytics to join our
marketing team in Dubai. As our Head of Analytics, you'll own our end-to-end data
analytics function, driving growth across our D2C business. We're looking for a
commercially astute leader who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on

Job Overview:
As our Head of Analytics, you'll own our end-to-end data analytics function,
driving growth across our D2C business. We're looking for a commercially astute

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of our e-commerce analytics strategy, aligning
it with overall business objectives to drive growth.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful
reports to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
Analyze customer behavior throughout the e-commerce journey, uncovering actionable
insights to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests, optimizing various aspects of our
visitors' e-commerce experience and ensuring methodological rigor.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and preferences through
advanced data analysis, user feedback, and customer journey mapping.
Build and evolve our analytics toolbox, combining in-house solutions with leading
third-party tools to generate powerful insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven changes, driving
improvements in website performance, conversions, and overall customer
satisfaction.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering their
professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities to meet evolving business
needs.
Stay at the forefront of e-commerce analytics trends and best practices, ensuring
our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving D2C landscape.
Required skills/experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI,
Statistics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience using digital analytics to drive business/marketing
results in B2C companies
At least 2 years of experience with A/B testing tools, including hypothesis
development for website optimization
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in either Python or R for data analytics
Track record of driving significant revenue growth through data-driven insights and
strategies
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring analytics
teams
Ability to influence cross-functional and upper management decisions; willingness
to “have an opinion” backed by insights and analytics to achieve the best outcomes
