RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
i ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
Master Degree (2"4 Class / B-Grade).
Degree in HR or Law shall be preferred
2 years administrative experience in a University or Research Organization.
Experience in HR / Establishment in a Public Sector University / Organization shall be
preferred.
2. ASSISTANT PUBLICATIONS OFFICER
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
le Master’s Degree in at least 2"4 Division in any of the Social Sciences; and
il. Some knowledge of printing and publishing.
CONDITIONS
2. The positions are on contract basis, initially for a period of one year and will be extendable subject
to performance basis.
3. Applicants are required to apply online through PIDE’s website.
4. Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations /Autonomous Bodies
should provide NOC and submit service certificate issued by their present and former employers,
if called for interview.
5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
6. Decision of the Institute shall remain binding in all cases.
7. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test and/or interview, as the case may be.
8. The Institute reserves the right not to fill any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised
post or accept/reject any application without assigning a reason.
9. No TA/DA shall be paid for test / interview.
