The theme being ‘UTOPIA’ is an intriguing source of inspiration to deliver
into the societal matters as well as understand human beings in depth.

Utopias focus on ideal societies whereas imaginational worlds span a much

broader, limitless spectrum. They could be whimsical wonderlands, or
gritty post-apocalyptic wastelands whatever your imagination can dream
up. Some ways to wander those worlds await.

That takes you back to some memories that we wish were real,
where we fulfill our fantasies. It brings us back to the period where we
would dream things we wanted to come true.
 GENERAL RULES
•Entry for Degree College students Only.

•Use of abusive language, vulgarity and any kind of misbehaviour will lead to
disqualification.

•Registration Should be Done in Given Time Only. •Participants are requested

to follow VIVA Student Council's Official Instagram Page for any updates i.e.
@vivastudentcouncil

•The decision taken by Judges and Organizers will be final and will not be
subjected to any further changes.

•Participants should be present on the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the

events.

•There will be a Whatsapp Group for every event and detailed rules and
regulations will be posted in that group.
• Mobile phones are not allowed during the competition.

• Student ID card is compulsory.

• If the students are participating in more than 1 event at the same day and time, they
should inform the student coordinator of both the respective events, 1 hour prior the
events starts.

• The VIVA Students Council has reserved the rights to make modifications, if
necessary such as schedule, rules and regulation etc.

• The Participants should take care of their belongings and they must adhere to
discipline rules throughout the college campus.

1. Time limit - 2 hours - Mehendi Length: palm + 6 inch

2. Participants should bring their own models

3. Reference, use of hand print, any kind of mold or decorative

lights are not allowed

4. Participants have to bring their own Mehendi cone

5. Judgement will be based on creativity, visual appeal and

originality.
UTOPIAN DREAMSCAPE

1. The theme of the poster should be Utopian Dreamscape.

Participants are encouraged to visualize a perfect world, a
harmonious society, or a futuristic utopia.

2. Participants can use any medium of their choice, including digital

art, traditional painting, or mixed media.

3. The poster size should be A4.

4. Judging will be based on Creativity and Originality, Artistic Skill:

Relevance to the Theme: Visual Impact
1. Time limit: 3-5 minutes.

2. Content should be original, else will lead to disqualification

3. Lyrics should be submitted 2 days prior to the student co-ordinator.

4. Use of vulgar language is strictly prohibited.

5. Judge’s decision will be considered as final decision.

1. Time limit: 8-10 minutes.

2. Minimum 6 & Maximum 12 participants per team.

3. Soundtrack should be submitted 2 days prior by the team. Music in MP3

format.

4. Participants are responsible for their own customes and accessories.

5. Soundtrack should have a backup in pendrive or mobile phone

6. Decent clothing is mandatory.

7. Any form of vulgarity and profanity is not allowed.

8. 1 / 2 min for setup / formation

9. Judges decision will be the final decision.

 HUMAN LADDER

1. Participants per team - 2

2. The event will be knowledge based.

3. Further rules and regulations will be disclosed on the day of event.

4. Entries will be based on First come First serve basis.

 RANGOLI

1. Time limit: 3 hours

2. Participants should carry their own rangoli colours.

3. Rangoli should be made in the given amount of space i.e. 5x5,

no reference allowed

4. Free hand, kang rangoli (dotted), Sanskarbharti is not allowed.

 AFTER MOVIE

1. Time Duration of film will be : 5 minutes

2. Judging will be based on editing and cinematic skills.

3. Every event should be captured.

4. Any vulgar and abusive language or action used by the participant will
lead to immediate disqualification.

5. Judge’s will be asking questions based on your content.

6. Submission will be on 13th DECEMBER 2024.

FLAMELESS COOKING
1. The event would be solo and duo.

2. Participants must use flameless cooking methods. i.e cooking without fire.

3. Participants must bring their own ingredients.

4. Participants can prepare any dish of their choice, but it must be edible and
presentable.

5. Judging will be based on taste, presentation, creativity, time management,

hygiene and safety
1. The theme for the makeup looks should be ‘Fairyland Glamour’.
Participants are encouraged to create magical and enchanting makeup looks
inspired by fairies, mythical creatures, or fantasy worlds.

2. Participants must bring their own model.

3. Participants will have time limit 45 minutes to complete their makeup

look.

4. Participants can use any makeup products of their choice.

5. Judging Criteria Creativity and Originality, Skill and Technique, Color

Usage, Overall Impact, Adherence to Theme.

6. The judges' decision will be final and binding.

1. First round will be interview round.

2. Dressing should be decent and formal.

3. Arguments with judges and faculties will lead to immediate disqualification.

4. Further Rules and regulations will be disclosed on the day of event.

1. Language : Hindi , Marathi, English

2. Time limit : 3 – 5 minutes

3. Solo and duo are allowed

4. Inappropriate songs containing vulgar language, offensive gestures will

lead to immediate disqualification

5. Instruments are allowed.

6. All type of genre’s are allowed (except rap)

7. Entries will be based on First come First serve basis

1. Solo, duo and group are allowed.
2. Maximum 10 participants are allowed in a group.
3. Maximum time limit - 5 minutes.
4. Decent clothing is mandatory.
5. Clothing with backless, deep necks, open frontlines, open waistline are strictly
prohibited.
6. Minimum knee length clothing will be accepted.
7. Songs should be submitted in MP3 Format priorly to the student coordinator,
else your sound track won't be considered
8. Mandatorily take backup of your soundtrack in pen drive or mobile.
9. Vulgar songs are not allowed.
10. Entry will be on first Come first Serve basis.

VIVA'S GOT TALENT
SUPREME CUSTODY

1. Topic will be given on the spot.

2. Participants will get preparation time of 6 minutes.

3. Each one will be allowed to speak for maximum 6 minutes.

4. 1 minute for introduction, 4 minutes for rebuttal, 2 minute for the

conclusion.

5. Language: Hindi, Marathi, English

6. Vulgar, offensive language /approaches are strictly prohibited.

1. The second round will be talent based round.

2. The third and final round will be question and answer based.

3. Further details will be disclosed on the day of events

4. Each and every round consist of elimination

MANDALA & DOODLES

1. Time limit: 2 hours.

2. Mandala and Doodles should be drawn on drawing paper.

3. Participants can either use 2 or 5 objects for mandala making.

4. Only drawing sheet will be provided, all the other requirements should
be carried by participant .
TREASURE HUNT

1. Per team - 2 Participants

2. Creating alliance or misbehaving with other teammates or event in-

charge will lead to disqualification.

3. Further rules and regulations will be disclosed on the day of event.

4. Entries will be on first come first serve basis.
