Manpower Tracking: Generating reports presented to business heads for Manpower Planning

and Attrition Management.

Recruitment & Selection: Handling end-to-end recruitment & Selection in each & every
segment of the organization for blue & white collar

On Boarding Process / Entry Management: Joining Formalities, Policy briefing, Employee


salary accounts etc. Inducting new employees inte the company,lssuing Offer and
appointment letter etc.

Employee Database Management: Maintenance of employee databa both in soft and hard
copies to capture all details of the employees

Time Office and Payroll Management; Maintaining the attendance and leave records of all
the employees and updating payroll process, assisting to declaring investments on Income
Tax, Preparing Bank and cash remittance.
