Write the Words
HALLOWEEN

This simple and fun center activity can be used in two

ways.
Write the Room – Cut out and laminate the cards.
Display around the class. Students move around the
room and read/write the Halloween words. This
activity is a great way to get students up and moving
around while they are working. There are 4 different
recording sheets to choose from. Tip: Kids love to use
clipboards to hold the recording sheets!
Word Work Center – Instead of the words being on
separate cards all the words are on one chart.
Laminate or slip the word chart into a page protector.
Students complete the same activities using the chart
as a reference.
