MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the above- mentioned matter is listed before this Hon’ble Court
and fixed for adjudication on 10.05.2024.
2. That it is submitted that the Hon’ble High Court by order dated
06.03.2024 directing the defendant to pay an amount of Rs 5000/- per
month with effect from October as occupation charges under the said
execution before the Ld. Executing Court . The copy of the order is
annexed herewith as Annexure-A.
3. That the defendant in compliance with the said order is depositing the
above-mentioned amount in the form of Demand Draft before the Ld.
Executing Court as order passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
4. That the defendant in compliance of the order hereby submitting the
Demand Draft before the Ld. Executing Court as directed.
PRAYER:-
It is most respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble Court to-
A) Kindly acknowledge and accept the amount deposited by the
defendant in the form of Demand Draft.
B) Pass any such order deems fit in the interest of Justice.
