NOTICE OF MEETING FOR TECHNICAL OFFICIALS, TOURNAMENT
MANAGERS, DISTRICT SPORTS COORDINATOR, TECHNICAL WORKING
GROUP, AND MUNICIPAL MEET COACHES FOR ALABEL MUNICIPAL
ATHLETIC MEET
To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent
Public Schools District Supervisors Concerned
Public and Private Elementary and Secondary School heads Concerned
1. The Public Schools District Offices in the Municipality of Alabel, Sarangani
Province will conduct a meeting with their Municipal Meet’s Officiating
Officials, Tournament Managers, District Sports Coordinators,
Technical Working Group, and all unicipal meet coaches on
December 5, 2024, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at Alabel Central
Integrated SPED Center.
2. School Heads must ensure that no classes will be left unattended during
the meeting. See the enclosed list of participants for reference.
3. Expenses incurred in the conduct of these activities shall be charged to
any available local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations.
