Job Description:
Successful candidates will be offered the position of Associate Software Engineer. For the initial
3 months, an engineer will be trained on an area of business focus and will be assessed
periodically. Training will be a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job. Upon
successful completion of the training and satisfactory performance, the engineer will be placed
in customer projects. After successful completion of the trainings and completing 3 months, if
the performance meets our expectations, the engineer will be promoted as Software Engineer.
Work at Sasken involves development, testing, integration, and sustenance of software
products for our customers. Assignments to different projects will be based on the skill and
aptitude of the engineer. Work location could be primarily Bengaluru, and can extend to other
locations - Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune as well.
Campus Visit:
We would like to visit your campus for the selection drive, which consists of an online
assessment, Group discussion, Technical interview and HR interview. This process will take one
complete day.
Number of Openings:
For the year 2025, we need around 400+ engineers.
Eligibility Criteria:

Must have obtained any of the following degrees with not less than 65% marks:
1. Engineering degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Science,
Information Technology, Electronics and Communication (all circuit branches –
excluding Electrical engineering)
2. MCA (with bachelor’s degree in one of: BCA/BSc in Computer Science/BSc in IT)
3. MSc in Computer Science (with bachelor’s degree in BCA/BSc in Computer
Science/BSc in IT)
Educational 4. ME/MTech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication

Qualification engineering areas.
Candidate must have obtained at least 65% marks (or equivalent CGPA as computed
by respective university) in 10th, 12th / Diploma, Bachelor’s degree and Master’s
degree (if applicable).
For those in the final year, offer will be subject to them scoring 65% in the qualifying
degree in 2025 without any backlog.
Technical Candidate must have the knowledge of one of the programming languages: C / C++ /

Skills Java along with data structures and algorithms.
Salary
3 Total ₹5.0 lakhs per annum
Offered
Service Candidate must be ready to sign a service agreement of 3 years of continued service

Agreement with the company, failing which she/he agrees to pay ₹5,00,000/- to the company.
Selection Process:
Those meeting the educational qualifications will be taken through the following assessments,
with selection at each step:
Assessment on programming language skills (C / C++ / Java) and Aptitude (Numerical ability,
Logical reasoning ability, Data Interpretation, Analytics Skills, English communication ability)
Group Discussion: for those who meet the cut-off score, will participate in group discussion.
Technical Interview: shortlisted students will have technical interview.
HR Interview: will be conducted for those who clear the technical interview.
Those who qualify in all the assessments will be offered to join in 2025.
