The Gong festival is an annual festival that celebrates the culture of
gongs. Each year, the five provinces in Viet Nam’s Central
Highlands take turns hosting the festival. Many ethnic minority
groups believe that gongs can be used to connect with gods. In
many ceremonies like funerals, god worshipping, and harvest
celebration, people play the gongs while others dance. This year,
