Sub: Cost Offer for Design of Shoring Scheme
For Excavation of Proposed Basement
At Romell Dynasty, Vileparle, Mumbai
Dear Sir,
We are pleased to present our cost offer for geotechnical consultancy services for above
referenced project. Our scope of work will be limited to:
A) SCOPE OF WORK
Our scope of work for the project will include:
1) Studying all geotechnical investigation data and project information.
2) Design of excavation side shoring schemes consisting of diaphragm walls, pile
shoring walls, as appropriate, using internationally accepted softwares (CADS or
WALLAP) including anchor design, steel members, structural design, and design
drawings, calculations.
3) Providing specifications for construction of pile shoring, ground anchors, etc.
4) Providing any necessary clarifications to project proponents or authorities during
project design/approval phase or construction.
5) Visiting site during construction for founding strata approval, during shoring piles
construction and anchor stressing and addressing any relevant construction
issues with regards to foundation construction, whenever required.
B) COST OFFER: (APPROVED EARLIER)
The above entire scope of work can be completed as below:
1) Design of Pile Shoring Schemes Rs. 70,000/-
Including design drawings, structural design,
Anchor block and/or Strut Design
Addressing all relevant geotechnical issues.
(3 site visits are included)
C) COST OFFER: (NEW PROPOSED SHORE PILE)
1) Design of Pile Shoring Schemes Rs. 30,000/-
Including design drawings, structural design,
Anchor block and/or Strut Design
Addressing all relevant geotechnical issues
(2 site visits)
TOTAL = Rs. 1,00,000/-
Terms and Conditions:
1) GST will be charged extra at 18%.
2) Additional site visits, will be charged extra at Rs.2,500 per visit.
3) Only completed items will be invoiced. 100% Payment should be released following
Submission of invoice.
