(E2E) Solution (VB -> PA -> OIC -> ERP)

Project description:

The project requirement is to build a custom web application that

enables multiple users to log in and submit Accounts Receivable (AR)
Income Requests. These requests will need to pass through Manager
and Income Department approvals and may also require Finance
Director approval if the amount exceeds a specified limit before
interfacing with Oracle ERP Cloud.

High Level Solution:

• Develop a complex visual application in Visual Builder with all

necessary features.
• Implement a multi-layered approval process in Process
Automation, including conditional rules and internal/external API
calls.
• Use OIC REST API to create AR invoices in ERP Cloud and update
invoice requests within Visual Builder.
