I will talk about lack of sleep and the body not getting enough sleep. Lack of sleep
increases the chances of developing health and psychological problems. Lack of sleep
causes many health damages because the body does not get all the rest it needs. As is
clear, an adult person needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep in order to be able to work.
Activities are natural and active,The unhealthy belief is not getting enough sleep. I
will use the first model, which is the Stages of Change Model (HBM) (Ogden,
2019.page16) The pre-contemplation stage: The person does not know the importance
of getting enough sleep and does not feel that he needs all these hours to sleep
.comfortably
The contemplation stage: After thinking about the causes of lethargy, physical fatigue,
and inability to concentrate, he begins to search for solutions to sleep for a longer
period of time.Preparation: which is determining the time to sleep and wake up, and
doing a daily routine without any neglect, and also looking for ways of comfort that
bring sleep in order to adhere to the specified time for sleep. Action: There are now
many programs on your smartphone to calculate and organize your sleep time,
determine the specific time to sleep, and not take a nap in the middle of the day.
Maintenance: This is maintaining the sleep time that you have scheduled each day on
a daily basis and not being negligent in delaying the specified sleep time.
In Conclusion, it is one of the most bad habits that destroy the human body, and the
majority of people do not realize the seriousness of the matter, and that there are many
reasons that make you organize your time and sleep and try to give the body rest and
get sufficient sleep and stay away from the causes that increase overthinking because
it will lead to continuous insomnia and psychological damage. I hope that all people
strive to maintain their health for productivity in professional and physical
