GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS - DECOILER
Hydraulic system drum
Drum expansion driven with hydraulic cylinder.

Decoiling speed and acceleration-deceleration time adjustable by a speed control system.
Hydraulic hold down/up arm
Prevents clock spring effect.

Sheets which are edge distorted, crushed, warp slitted, chemically tainted or physically deformed are not appropriate to be
operated in this line.
According to Machine Safety Directive (2006/42/AT) Article 4/F our machines are incomplete machines. When the machine
integrated with another system or reunion with another unit compability with Machine Safety Directive (2006/42/AT) and Low
Voltage Directive (2006/95/AT) covers only this machine and valid only with installation and maintenence according to user manual.
System installer is responsible for compability of Machine Safety Directive (2006/42/AT) and Low Voltage Directive (2006/95/AT) of
complete system.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- Manufacturer company does not involve to transportation. Manufacturer shall not be responsible of damages that are occured
during trasportation. Shipping and insurance costs belongs to purchaser company.
2- Manufacturing duration starts after transfer of advance paymnet to manufacturer company.
3- Purchaser shall manage and collect machines 3 days after information regarding to transportation. If no transportation is
managed 3 days after, Manufacturer arranges the transport and issues an invoce to purchaser.
4- The longest time period between delivery and commissioning of machines shall be 7 days. If this period is exceeded purchaser
shall make the payment regarding to terms of payment which is signed by both parties on sales contract.
5- Purchaser has the right to cancel this contract 7 days after signature. After this period is exceeded this contract shall not be
cancelled uniliterally. Both parties are obliged with their engagements in the eighth day of signature.
6-This offer is valid for 7 days. After 7 days exceeded revising the offer is at mamnufacturer company's initative.
7- All mechanical and electronic products are covered with a warranty of 2 (two) years by manufacturer company. All the defects
that are caused by user failures or failures that are occured by some outside sources such as (die, press, guillotine etc.) shall not be
covered by this warranty. All of interferences out of warranty would be invoiced to purchaser company.
8- First installation and training on customer's site is free of charge. Only; all transfers, accommodations and dinings belongs to
customer's responsibility. For future installations according to Purchaser's demands would be invoiced as technic service fee.
Number of people in technic service team can change according to project or problem on the machines.
9-Delays during the installation sourced by purchaser would be invoiced. Subjects must be fulfilled in the pre-installation form to
prevent delays.
10- This offer consists of 4 pages "general specifications", "technical table", "warnings", "price", "payment plan", "account
informations", "manufacturing duration" and "general conditions". Any specification or option which does not involved in the offer
can not be requested after manufacturing. Machine can not perform more or less function that specified in the offer.
