Eligibility Requirements and Visa Criteria

the Immigration and Citizenship Authority (ICA). If information is identified to suggest that
you have intentionally or wilfully misled ICA or that the circumstances surrounding your
eligibility change – your visa may be cancelled. If your visa is cancelled, you will be asked
to depart or refused entry at your next point of embarkation into Papua New Guinea.

Character requirements
Your visa has been issued on the basis of the information provided in your application form.
Entering or remaining in Papua New Guinea is a privilege.
You must obey the laws of Papua New Guinea and not engage in criminal activity. Your visa
may be cancelled for a number of reasons, including if you have been found to have provided
false or misleading information in your application, have a substantial criminal record or
behave in a way that is a risk to somebody in the Papua New Guinean community.

You are required to tell us about any changes to your personal information as soon as
possible. These changes may include your name, passport or contact details, or address. The
failure to notify us and provide updated information can have serious consequences for your
ability to enter or remain in Papua New Guinea.
