This document contains information confidential between M/s. ION


Trading India Private Limited ,Noida & Avcom Infotech Pvt Ltd, which
is provided for the sole purpose of permitting to evaluate the
appended Statement of Work “SOW”.

In consideration of your receipt of this document, you agree to


maintain such information in confidence and not to reproduce or
otherwise disclose this information to any person outside ION
Trading and AVCOM, except that there is no obligation to maintain
the confidentiality of any information which was known to you/them
prior to receipt of such information from Avcom Infotech Pvt Ltd.

This SOW has been prepared in accordance with accepted


techniques and understanding the requirements from ION Trading.
All timings, estimates and related information contained in this SOW
reflect AVCOM understanding about project and further in case of
any gap that can be discussed and make the necessary changes.

Services
Scope of Services
The following assumptions have been used to develop this SOW
and associated costs. In the event of that any of these
assumptions and the scope increases or substantially different,
then at that instance, may be cost or charges would be
increased. Any change in these assumptions will be assessed
and documented by both ION Trading as well as Avcom.

AVCOM can request and ask for change or hike in cost due to a
change in requirements, timelines and any unforeseen delays
from site or whatsoever reason beyond stipulated timeline.
AVCOM and ION Trading will determine if project timelines and/or
project costs will be impacted. If there is an impact on timelines
then, both ION Trading and AVCOM will communicate the
impact to the designated members of their respective
organizations.

The solution (which includes network architecture, hardware


sizing and Bill of Material (BOM) as detailed in the Schedule)
has been designed by AVCOM based on requirements provided
by ION technical team during discussions on time of preparation
of BOQ.

The current scope under the SOW is for supply as well as shall
be installed, implemented & tested at the location as identified
in the Schedule. The project will be implemented on OEM based
Structured Cabling System solution. AVCOM will be responsible
for all manpower resources, supervision, tooling, for the
proposed cabling system to be installed.

Pre-installation readiness tasks specific to the installation


location will form the basis for the implementation plan. AVCOM
is not the responsible to fulfill the pre-installation readiness
requirements for the installation of the BOM as per the details
in the Schedule.

Statement of Work for ACTIVE


COMPONENTS
Service features and deliverables

New installation/migration (after order signed).


 Participate in site weekly meeting, as per requirement(s).
 Conduct a site round along with PM and construction
manager, as per requirement(s).
 Collect customer data including cable containment,
Information outlet (I/O’S) location, Rack information,
Switch information and labeling requirement before
delivering service onsite.
 A detailed project plan should be made with timelines (based
on the master plan) and AVCOM should be responsible to
deliver as per the stipulated time
 Daily project reports to be shared with the client via phone and
weekly status/progress via mail.
 Weekly meetings with ION/JLL PM and update status/progress
via email, in an agreed format between both parties which is
besides the daily call status update.
 AVCOM at site responsible for coordinating the activities with JLL
and ION Team representatives at site.
 HSE standards-- AVCOM Co-workers on site should be
compliant with these standards.
 AVCOM is subject to audit and certification process on the
quality of project delivered at site, which will be performed by
CommScope. Any ‘gaps’ identified during this process will be
addressed in a strict way as a consequence AVCOM should take
the complete responsibility and bear the expenses for the re-
working or bringing this up to the standards.

 AVCOM is subject to evaluation of work from ION Trading (IT


team) and any gaps identified during the process should be
addressed and fixed.
 AVCOM should be able to scale up their resources/work force
based on the requirements/demand of ION/JLL irrespective of
the sites.
 AVCOM is responsible to provide the requests for scissor lifts,
storage etc. if in case it cannot be arranged by the general
contractor, based on the forecast (volume, no. of workers on
site etc.)

Product Implementation Services


The objective of the task is to install the BOM (that will add)
detailed in the Schedule. AVCOM’s obligation related to the
installation and implementation will include:

Network Design Documents (NDD)


AVCOM would prepared the Network Design documents based
on inputs and discussion with ION Trading that includes entire
BOQ for Passive Structured Cabling, Floor numbering, HUB
Room & Network Room layout includes the positioning of
respective Racks, size of Racks, placements of Information
outlet (I/O’s) Nomenclature of UTP as well as Fiber Cabling etc…

Nomenclature/Ferruling
ION/JLL & AVCOM, would discuss and agree to arrive at the final
nomenclature required for UTP as well Fiber cabling, so that
same pattern can be followed at all the upcoming facilities
including stores, DC, Permanent office, site office, etc.

Laying of Cables
a. UTP cable laying from end to ends like server/Network
Racks to the termination end i.e. Information outlet (I/O’s).
b. Fiber cables (MM) laying between SERVER/NETWORK
Racks.

Identifications/Ferruling
a. All the Laid Cables (UTP/Fiber) on both the ends to be
properly tagged with thermal printed labels to avoid any
mismatch and easy to trace in future too.

Bunching and Dressing of Cables


a. All the Laid Cables (UTP/Fiber) to be bunched with bunching
tools and dressed properly before termination.

Fixing and Assembling of Racks


a. All the Server, Network racks to be assembled and fixed
properly at their respective Locations.

Terminations
a. All the UTP cables termination on both ends like (Racks as
well as Field ends).
All the Fiber Cable splicing on both ends (Rack to Rack)

Fixing of Jack Panels and LIU


a. All the Jack Panel and LIU to be fixed in Racks with proper
screw that comes along with Racks.

Testing of Cables
a. All the UTP Cables to be tested with Fluke Meter for
proper db losses and other parameters specified by OEM.
b. All the Fiber cores to be tested with Fluke Meter for
proper db losses and other parameters specified by OEM.

Test Reports
EIA/TIA Channel Link Test with auto saves report (FLW)
conducted on UTP as well Fiber

Labelling
a. All the Jack Panels to be labeled.
b. All the Face Plates to be labeled
c. All the resource ends patch cords to be labeled (Jack
Panel to Switch).

Tagging of Racks
a. All the Server, Network Racks to be proper tagged with
marker of cleared mentioned of Location and same would
be clearly visible.

Floor Layout
Floor numbering layout to be fixed on proper place near the
Racks in their respective area

Documentation:-
Documentation to be prepared that will consist of all drawings,
floor layouts with clearly mentioned Information outlets with
their corresponding numbers and location, cable route diagram,
Racks actual positions, Racks top view, Rack front view,
equipment’s positioning in rack, panel and other clearly
mentioned in racks and many other details that gives the entire
site overview on one location.

Certifications
OEM certifications i.e. AVCOM’s responsibilities to applied for
OEM certification for all installed UTP as well Fiber ports till the
certificate for #25Years handed over to client.

Handing over Documents and Sign off


After submission of all above documents and details, we will
request and submit for project sign off.
