II. RATIONALE
Would anyone actually start a business in the middle of Pista. The
celebration creates entrepreneurial opportunities as we show our
innovation in our product. It is not just the likes of Shopee, Lazada,
Facbook, and Instagram that can profit from disruption. Start-ups and
small businesses too have a chance.

When there is more uncertainty, there is more reward. There a lot of


opportunities. Pista is potentially a really great opportunity for small
businesses. Consumer attitudes and practices are changing completely.
This paints a more positive impact for the food industry, as consumers
rely more on eating affordable products.

III. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

For Dazzling Flamingo goal is to demonstrate the viability and


marketability of local and street foods, as well as to fulfill customers'
appetites at a reasonable cost. It sells perishable comfort food – sweet,
juicy, and salty that appeal to a wide range of customers. The products
are also exceedingly perishable; many consumers have grown to
anticipate the business to serve food and beverages.

IV. SOLUTION

Dazzling Flamingos’ bite size goodness showcases variation of

unique and organic tasting delectable to meet the customer's demand. It

introduces a new innovative sweet delight filled with the burst of sweet,

salty, and fruity feeling. Following “satisfaction at its finest” It’s sure to

serve only the best. With the combination of different flavors, it depicts

the diverse taste and offers our customers varieties of scrumptious meal

and desserts. The name DAZZLING FALAMIGO was crafted in order to

attract and for the business to standout.

In the process of creating the products, the company considered

whom would benefit the most and decided to sell the products in

educational institutions due to the large population and to provide the

needs of a tasty delicacy instantly. It will be situated at Mariano Peralta

National High School, National High Way, Poblacion, Malita, Davao

Occidental. The business aims to provide a high-quality and cost-effective

product that satisfy the cravings of consumers, in order to achieve our

main objective which is to expand the business to provision a wider

population as business excel over its competitors.

Dazzling Flamingo in a partnership institute wholly owned and

operated by Dazzling Flamingo and a startup company that offers tasty

meal and dessert varying with different add-ons combinations. Customers

choose Dazzling Flamingo above other businesses because the business is

open to every social activities as the product are meal and desserts

suitable for every occasion. The business is mainly situated at Mariano

Peralta National High School premises, to provide a quick meal and

dessert to satisfy for those who crave for juicy and salty meal and sweets.

Students, faculty members or a foodie on-the-go can certainly purchase,

as Dazzling Flamingo offers a new vibe to the meal and desserts that

emphasizes the tastiness of the meal and sweetness of the desserts.

Moreover, the team ensured that there will be a variety of choices

for customers to decide from considering the wide range of taste and the

desire of flavor. With a juicy and tasty chao fan combo such as siomai and

hotdog and Oreo shake filled with varieties of fruit flavor, ranging to

mango and avocado. Dazzling Flamingo has taken the idea to refine and

upgrade the traditional fried rice and dessert, into a new product that is a

burst of combo and flavors satisfying the appetite and preferences of

many.

“To be a catalyst for joyful moments in people’s lives, dedicated to

crafting products that sparks creativity and foster curiosity. To provide

juicy, salty, sweets, excitement and happiness to everyone”

Business Goals:

1. To establish and successfully operate “Dazzling Flamingo” to offer

the business products to the students and faculty member of

Mariano Peralta National High School.

2. To provide satisfaction and cost-effective meals and desserts with

diverse flavor.

3. To be profitable in the business, in order to expand the business to

cater a wider population.

V. BUSINESS MODEL

In this business model, food is directly taking care of. We provide food
to what the customers wants to order. We also offer delivery charges if
they want to order online order.

In the inventory model, the online food delivery business does


everything in-house. There is only one entity involved here. From
launching the food delivery website/app to preparing orders and
delivering food to the customers, everything is done by the food delivery
company. The platform owner controls the complete value chain.

The food delivery business model doesn’t allow multiple restaurants to


offer their services on a single platform. The order is cooked at the
centralized kitchen owned by the business and is delivered by the courier
service hired by the business. So, the food delivery business owner can
easily keep a check on the food quality.

VI. TARGET CUSTOMERS

The product will be sold to potential customers such as:

 Individual customers like students at Mariano Peralta National

Highschool at any grade level from grade 7 – 12, male and female

students with the age range of 11-18 years old

 Mariano Peralta National High School Teachers and staff of any age

who work inside the school.

 Citizens especially teens outside the campus who lives in Malita,

Davao Occidental who love to eat sweet snacks.

This aims for a stable target market that can provide businesses with a

consistent and reliable customer base. In such a market, demand for

products or services tends to remain relatively steady over time. This

stability can be advantageous for long-term planning, allowing businesses

to establish solid customer relationships, streamline, operations, and

maintain a more predictable financial environment.

The local and national trends nowadays usually tend to like their

dessert sweet yet healthy, they demand pastries with healthier

ingredients or alternative flours to cater to health-conscious customers.

Consumers were also showing an increased interest in handcrafted,

artisanal pastries made with attention to detail and high-quality

ingredients.

VII. PROMOTION

 ATTRACTING CUSTOMERS. We will offer free samples of our

product during lunch breaks or school events to allow customers to

experience the taste and quality of our product. This can create

interest and encourage them to make a purchase.

 PROMOTING SALES. We will implement periodic promotions, such

as "Buy two, get one free" deals, discounted combo meals, or

loyalty programs. This can lead customers to make repeat

purchases and increase sales.

 RETAINING CUSTOMERS. We will be going to provide excellent

customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsible to our

customer needs.

 EXPANDING MARKET BASE. We will create a Facebook account

on any social media platform to showcase our product and offer

online ordering and delivery services.

 WORD-OF-MOUTH. We will encourage customers to share their

experiences with their friends, family, and classmates.

 ADVERTISING. We will advertise our product through social media.

With our different products that offer delicious taste, convenient

size, and wholesome ingredients, one can satisfy their sweet

cravings anytime, anywhere. As Dazzling Flamingo open new doors

of flavours, we also give diversity and freshness to ordinary, a must

have treat.

 Customers will gladly pay the affordable prices because we offer a

unique and delightful product that satisfies their cravings. It was

carefully considered the value that will be offered to the customers

and have set cheaper a price that is credited to be fair and

competitive in the market. Two different sizes of shake be sold at

the price of Php20.00 for small and Php35.00 for large size. The

product is made with high-quality ingredients, ensuring a delicious

and satisfying experience for the consumers.

 Exceptional customer service and commitment: The owner and staff

of For Dazzling Flamingo pride themselves to being on location

everyday and getting to know the majority of their clientele. They

love interacting with the clients and listening to what the client

really envisions for their innovative products. It's tremendously

fulfilling to turn that notion into a reality and offer exactly what the

customer wanted. We like witnessing the look on the client's face

when they view the completed product.

will cook daily and only sell what is freshly made for that day. There

will never be a stale food served at Dazzling Flamingo.
