50102 Front End Body Panels 2015 Edge
Removal and Installation Procedure revision date: 01/30/2015
Fender
Removal
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
NOTE: LH side shown, RH side similar.
1. Remove the fender splash shield.
Refer to: Fender Splash Shield (50102 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
2. Remove the retainers and the door frame moulding.
3. Remove the bolt.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

4. Remove the bolts and separate the front bumper cover from the fender bracket.
Torque: 22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)
5. Remove the headlamp assembly.
Refer to: Headlamp Assembly (41701 Exterior Lighting, Removal and Installation).
6. Remove the fender bolts.
Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)

1. Remove the bolts.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
2. Remove the retainers and the cowl filler panel.
8. Remove the bolts.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

9. Remove the bolt.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
10. Carefully cut the foam sealant.

11. Remove the sound insulation.
12. Remove the bolts and the fender.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. After installation, check the alignment and correct if necessary.
