NetAspire has successfully conducted Udyog Mela’s previously at Bangalore, Karwar and
Kolar.

1. KSSIDC Udyog Mela, Bangalore

5,000 candidates registered online and more than 115 companies participated in the 1-day
event. Website www.youthjobsmela.com created for the event. The event was held on 31st
July 2016. NetAspire was able to mobilize all resources and activities for the event by
starting preparations only 10 days before the event.

2. Karwar Udyog Mela, Karwar
13,000 candidates and 210 companies attended the 2-day event held in November 2016

4. Koushalya Karnataka Skill Mela, Mysore
NetAspire was tasked to professionally manage an Udyog Mela held on the sidelines of the
Skill Mela held in Mysore. NetAspire managed the registrations of candidates and allocations

 of interviews of 4,000 candidates who attended the 2-day event in June 2017. Around 100
companies participated in the 2-day Udyog Mela event.

3. Activities for Sringeri Udyog Mela

Activities that will conducted by NetAspire Solutions Pvt. Ltd., towards the organization of
the Sringeri Udyog Mela are as follows,

1. Design of Logo, letter Heads, Flexe, Banners, ID cards, Invitation Cards

2. Creation and Maintenance of Web Portal for online registration of Job Seekers and
companies.
3. Creation and Manintenace of Moble App
4. Opening of call center at Bangalore/Sringeri
5. Preparation of Materials for Media, Press and Publicity
6. Opening Help Desk at Sringeri
7. Enrolment of at least 75 to 100 companies to participate in the Udyog Mela
8. Enrolment of at least 5000-10000 Job Seekers in Sringeri District, in co-ordination
with district administration
9. Co-ordinate with companies in Bangalore to register vacancies of the companies
10. MIS reports
11. Co-ordinate for the organisation of roadshow
12. Conduct orientation programs
13. Scheduling of interviews for candidates and communication to candidates via app,
email and SMS
14. Organize volunteers for participation at the Sringeri Udyog Mela
15. Follow up of Job selection and Employment details from companies during event
and post-event
16. Handover of Web portal and App post Event

Terms and Conditions

1. NetAspire will act as the Knowledge Partner for Sringeri Udyog Mela
2. The role of NetAspire will be as described in the this Document.
3. In order to fulfil its role NetAspire will require the following amenities from the organizers,
a. An advance amount will be required to take up pre-event activities. These will include,
i. Development of a website and web-based registration form for Candidates and
Employers
ii. Development of an Android Mobile app for candidates to register and view updates
about Sringeri Udyog Mela
iii. Provide OTP based registration for candidates and SMS updates of interviews
scheduled for candidates
iv. Meeting with prospective employers in near by districts and Bangalore for
registration of vacancies
v. Design of publicity material by making use of the logo, pictures and details of the
event
vi. Development of intelligent matching software to match employer vacancies to
candidate registrations.
b. Access to the venue before the event to assess the conditions and plan the deployment of
employers attending the Udyog Mela
c. A list of industries/companies in and around Sringeri who can be contacted for registration
of vacancies at sringeri Udyog Mela
d. The list of colleges in Sringeri to be used in the registration form for candidates
e. Organising of the orientation program to be conducted by NetAspire
f. Provide appropriate facilities at the orientation program and Udyog Mela to enable
NetAspire to conduct our activities.
