Exam Instructions for Grade 10 Learners
1. Learners must
• carry stationery items (pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, etc.) in a transparent pouch.
• carry a transparent water bottle without any labels or markings.
• carry your ID card. It must be shown upon entry and kept visible on your
desk throughout the exam.
• carry a scientific calculator (if necessary for the paper component)
• ensure they have all required materials before the exam begins.
2. Learners must not
• wear digital or analog wristwatches / smart watches.
• carry any electronic device
• borrow or lend stationary during the course of assessment.
3. During the course of assessment
• follow all instructions given by the invigilators.
• if you need assistance, raise your hand and wait for an invigilator to approach you.
• ensure all rough work is done on the provided scratch paper, which must be
submitted along with your exam paper.
