SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, ATREUS JOZIAH L. SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino national and with present address at Paris,
France, do hereby name, appoint and constitute my wife, CHARLOTTE LINDSEY C. SANTOS, of legal age,
and with residence address at Meycauayan City, Bulacan, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-
in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, deeds and things,
to wit:
1. To sell, transfer, and convey at whatever price, terms and conditions that she may deem
proper to whoever may buy or purchase our property consisting of a lot and improvements thereon
located at Brgy. Lacquios, Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
__________, and more particularly described as follows:
“A PARCEL OF LAND situated in Brgy. Lacquios, Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines,
containing an area of One Hundred (100) square meters more or less.”
2. To sign, execute and deliver the necessary Contract to Sell and Deed of Sale covering
such sale including any and all documents that may be necessary or required thereto and to deliver
possession of the property to said buyer;
3. To receive the proceeds of the sale, either in cash or in check, and to pay expenses for
capital gains, real property tax and any and all such expenses that may be agreed upon between the
buyer;
4. To represent me before the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of Deeds, Assessor’s
and Treasurer’s Office of appropriate local government units, and any and all government offices or
agencies, in order to process, execute and pay relevant taxes and fees, and/or give effect to the
foregoing authority;
5. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry
out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney full powers and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Special
Power of Attorney.

BEFORE ME, this 6th day of December 2024, at the Manila Economic and Cultural Office, Paris,
France, personally appeared ATREUS JOZIAH L. SANTOS, holder of Philippine Passport No. P1002567B
issued DFA Arayat on 15 June 2020 and valid until 14 June 2030, known to me by competent evidence of
identity to be the same person who executed the attached Special Power of Attorney and he
acknowledged to me that the same is his own free and voluntary act and deed.
