easier to learn for me since it’s similar to English.

Russian It’s a common foreign language in my area and I already have some base
knowledge about it. It’s also beneficial for work.

I would like to be able to do the following with the languages which I am learning:

Language

German. What I would like to be able to do: Reading books and articles; watching
movies and TV series in that language without subtitles

How I intend doing it: Start practicing from a language learning app, listening
to music in that language and watching movies or TV series with subtitles

French What I would like to be able to do: Reading books and articles; watching
movies and TV series in that language without subtitles
