1. Read the questions carefully during the preparation time.
2. Guess what answers should be filled in by using parts of speech. Make sure your answers
are grammatically correct.
3. Study the task carefully to fill in specific information of the form.
4. You will need to listen to the recording and make changes on the schedule in the task, e.g. if the
recording says, ‘We will have the meeting at the school all instead of the library. So, I’ll cross out
library and change it to ‘school hall’, please do the following:
