I, Ana Valeria León Ferrigno, Legal Translator, authorized by the laws of the Republic
of Guatemala, and at the service of the republic to translate from Spanish and English,
according to ministerial agreement # X issued by the Ministry of Education, CERTIFY
and SWEAR: To have had at sight A First Testimony of an Affidavit of one and the
same person written in Spanish, which I translate, to the best of my knowledge as

four, before me, Carlos Omar Aguirre García, Notary, appears: LEE SZU WEI DE
MOLINA, who is forty-six years of age, married, an architect, GUATEMALAN, of this
domicile, and identifies herself with the personal identification document of foreigner
domiciled with the unique identification code two thousand three thousand eight hundred
fifty-five, seventy-eight thousand six hundred sixty, zero one hundred and one, issued by
the National Registry of Persons. The appearing party declares to be of the information data
aforementioned, to be in the free exercise of her civil rights, and appears to state her
AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND THE SAME PERSON, which is set forth in the following clauses:
FIRST: The appearing party declares under oath and after being duly warned of the
penalties for perjury, that she will conduct herself truthfully throughout this proceeding.
Therefore, she presents to me her certification as a domiciled foreigner, in which it is stated
that she was born on October eleven, nineteen seventy-seven, in the city of Taipei, Republic
of China, which is registered in the National Registry of Persons under entry: forty-four, page:
three hundred and fifty-eight, of book forty diagonal ED of the Civil Registry of the
municipality of Guatemala, department of Guatemala, registered under the name of LEE
SZU WEI de MOLINA but who constantly and publicly in her various acts of life and social
relations has used indistinctly the names of: A) SZU WEI MOLINA, B) SZU WEI DE
MOLINA, C) SZU WEI D) SUSANA LEE E) SZU-WEI MOLINA F) LEE SZU WEI G) LEE,
SZU WEI H) SZU WEI LEE I) SZU-WEI LEE J) LEE, SZU-WEI, names that identify the
same person, for which reason it requests the Director of the National Registry of Persons
of the Municipality of Guatemala, department of Guatemala, to make the corresponding
annotation in the margin of the related entry and subsequently issue the certification thereof.
SECOND: The appearing party agrees to the terms set forth in this instrument. I, the
undersigned Notary, attest: that everything written herein was presented to me B) to have

of their originals and the third one. Reason: A tax stamp is affixed to this document with
registration number three million eight hundred and twenty-three thousand two hundred and
